Bernard Nkwabi is an Associate in the Firm’s Corporate and Intellectual Property Practice Department. He stands out on his passion to provide bespoke solutions to meet Clients needs on a wide range of commercial issues that affect the core of their businesses ranging from banking, tax, mergers and acquisitions, company secretarial, mining, corporate governance and compliance issues, legal advisory, employment relations, protection of intellectual property rights both enforcement and infringement prosecution and the law of succession.

He is also versed in the nuances of the Banking Sector, as his role constantly involves advising on novel and complex issues on the sector.

He is target driven, goal oriented and possess strong analytical skills. He also trains the management of companies on the emerging trends of the legal system in Tanzania.  He is also a key member of the Firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Department.

He contributes regularly to the World Bank Group research on the world business competition surveys for Tanzania (Doing Business).
