1. A simply signed Power of Attorney
2. Prints of the mark
3. Specification of goods/ services
4. Full details of the applicant
5. Certified copy of the priority document (if applicable)

Renewals

Valid for an initial period of ten (10) years counting from the date of filing
renewable every ten (10)years.

2. Deed of assignment

Change of Address/Name Applications

1. Power of Attorney
2. Certificate of Change of Name or extract of the Company Register evidencing the change.

License Applications
